Euromedic Lablink Acquired By Claymon Biomnis

Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to formally announce that Euromedic Lablink has today been acquired by Claymon Biomnis Laboratories.

As a result of this acquisition, Euromedic Lablink will become Lablink Biomnis and join forces with Claymon Biomnis to create a new enlarged group, Biomnis Ireland.  

I would like to assure you that our priority continues to be the fulfilment of your needs as our customer. You will continue to receive the same services in the same way from the same people in the months ahead.

Our acquisition by Claymon Biomnis represents a natural fit and will allow us to capitalise on the synergies between our two companies. It will also allow us, as part of Biomnis Ireland, to greatly enhance and broaden access to medical laboratory services for health care professionals throughout Ireland. We are excited to become part of Ireland’s leading independent medical laboratory group, and look forward to bringing the benefits of our combined strength to you, our valued client.
